What counts as a seat?
A seat is an internal organization member — someone on your team who logs in and uses the platform. Portal guests (clients, vendors, contractors who access through a customer/vendor portal) do not consume seats regardless of how many you have.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever — no trial, no credit card. You get AI chat (50 messages/day), 3 Ops Center modules (CRM, Projects, Documents), 500 records, and Google/Zoho/GitHub connectors. It's a real plan with real capabilities, not a gimped trial.
What's the difference between Pro and Team?
Pro gives one person all 26 modules, unlimited AI chat, 5 active agents, 3 Crews with 50 tasks/day, 5 Routines, 1 industry pack, and 5 GB storage. Team adds 25 active agents, 15-agent Crews with unlimited tasks, all 12 industry packs, full portal capabilities with custom domains, 50 GB storage, and priority support. Team is designed for companies, Pro for solopreneurs and individual power users.
What is Token Optimizer and why is it an add-on on Pro?
Token Optimizer uses output compression (60–85% fewer output tokens) and input compression (60–90% smaller inputs) to dramatically reduce AI inference costs. On Team and Enterprise, it's included — you're using it at scale, so the economics are obvious. On Pro, it's $4.99/mo because some users don't need it. It's the only feature-based add-on we have.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 15% compared to monthly. Pro drops from $39/seat/mo to $33/seat/mo. Team drops from $79/seat/mo to $67/seat/mo. The discount is applied upfront — you pay for 12 months and get the equivalent of ~1.8 months free.
What AI models does each plan get?
Free gets self-hosted Agint 1 + Gemini Flash (free tier). Pro adds Claude Sonnet access for more complex tasks. Team adds Claude Opus for the most demanding work. Enterprise adds custom model routing — bring your own API keys, configure model preferences, set cost caps per department.
How do Agint Crews work on each tier?
Free tier has no Crews. Pro allows up to 3 Crew agents with 50 tasks per day — enough to automate a handful of recurring workflows. Team allows 15 agents per Crew with unlimited daily tasks, suitable for production automation. Enterprise has no limits and supports multi-Crew orchestration with custom execution environments.
What does Enterprise include beyond Team?
Enterprise adds SSO/SAML + SCIM, custom module development, white-label portals, dedicated Customer Success Manager, guaranteed SLA, data residency controls, HIPAA BAA (with Healthcare pack), custom connector development, and an implementation team. Pricing is custom-quoted based on your headcount, usage patterns, and compliance requirements.
Can I mix plans across my organization?
No. Plans are organization-wide — all members get the same tier. This keeps permissions, access controls, and agent capabilities consistent. If you need some users to have elevated capabilities, contact us about Enterprise tiered access.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
Your data is never deleted on downgrade — you just lose access to features above your new tier. On cancellation, all data is preserved for 90 days in a read-only state, then permanently deleted unless you reactivate. We don't hold your data hostage or charge for exports.
